BMX Track Brighton – Clay BMX Pump Track the Whole Family Can Enjoy!

If your family LOVE bike riding as much as ours does then we KNOW that you’ll LOVE this awesome new Brighton Pump Track where the whole family can hone and show off their skills on their bikes!
This seriously cool clay Pump Track is a series of small dirt mounds and banked turns over a 1350sq m site, located right near the Brighton Train Station. Cyclists travel around the track using their own momentum rather than pedalling – so the kids will love it even more than usual!
The Brighton BMX Pump Track is located on Commercial Road, Brighton – just north of the Brighton Train Station.
Frequented by young and old alike, you’ll see a mix of families and friends getting involved in this highly physical activity, enjoying the challenge.
The track closes periodically after severe weather to preserve the surface.

Find it at: Cnr Olympic Way & Burgoyne St, Roxby Downs The very clever folks at The Trail Collective have won the job of creating the new pump track for Roxby Downs and the concept design drawings look very cool! It will be a multipurpose Pump Track is a circuit which allows riders of all abilities and types of bikes to ride continuously without pedalling. The Kurrangga BMX bike track in the 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ Parklands on the corner of Greenhill Road and Unley Road has just had a major renovation and it's even better than before! This lovely shady bike riding park now has 4 tracks! The beginners track is a lovely, wide, slow track for real littlies from balance bike to preschoolers or others on training wheels etc. This track is one of the longer beginners tracks we have seen which is great for youngsters gaining confidence as it gives them plenty of space to learn without getting bored. The brand new pump track is certainly the currently favourite at Kurrangga BMX Track. Opened in December 2017, the track is the masterpiece of a partnership between 91¹û¶³´«Ã½ City Council and The Trail Collective. For those new to the BMX game, the pump track is designed so riders don't have to pedal to ride round. They use their body weight and gravity on the down slopes, to maintain velocity up and over the jumps and around the corners with minimal pedalling.
