Barossa Fun Factory offer a range of flexible indoor and outdoor party packages available to suit. Parties go for 1.5 – 2 hours and are available from 10am – 12pm or 2pm – 4pm
INDOOR SPACE:
Suitable for smaller groups with a maximum of 12 guests. Includes BFF host, grazing platter and high team and private amenities, suitable for Craft parties, Fizz-Pop Potion Parties and Pamper parties.
ADVENTURE GARDEN:
Suitable for warm weather only for a maximum of 35 guests with indoor and outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. Perfect for themed parties, including Fairy, Dinosaur, Gaming and Picnics. This space has a kitchenette and private amenities in a fully fenced Adventure Garden.
PARTY 1: Party spaces are available for dry hire, which does not include setting up, cleaning up, hosting or activities. PARTY 1 = $250 for 4 hours, including set up and clean up between 9:00 – 1:00 or 1:00 – 5:00.
PARTY 2: We host your special celebration with a BFF host to play games and organise activities for up to 15 party guests, including set up and clean up. Food is not provided with this party package, however we have a kitchenette with plates / bowls, sink and microwave for BYO food prep. $350 for 1.5 – 2 hours.
PARTY 3: We host your special celebration with a BFF host, activities, games, mystery eggs and a themed grazing platter or a high tea for up to 15 party guests. Choose one of our fun themes; Magical Fairy, Jungle, Dinosaurs, Princess, Wizards, Gaming. We also host Baby Showers and Bridal Showers! This includes PARTY 2 plus grazing platters to match your party theme! Please refer to the catering information below for more info. $390 for 2 hours.
PARTY 3 CRAFT: Craft parties include BFF host, a wooden treasure box for every guest to decorate, games and activities, and catering for up to 10 guests $450 for 2 hours
PARTY 4 PAMPER: Pamper parties include 2 x BFF hosts, a relaxing foot soak, foot massage, face glitter, fun games, activities, gorgeous high tea and a craft activity for up to 10 guests! $490 for 2 hours.
ULTIMATE PARTY: This party experience is packed with FUN and includes all the extras! Your VIP party guest selects multiple mystery eggs throughout their party to guide the next group activity, including birthday BINGO, craft activity, pass the parcel, potion making, treasure tokens, party SNAP, musical statues and MORE! Guests will be treated to a themed grazing platter or gorgeous high tea with a variety of options (please refer to catering information below) and a custom themed party sized cake from Sweet Boutique Barossa (enough for 15 guests). We provide 15 party gifts, all activities, games, awesome prizes, craft activity, plates / cutlery and we clean up after the party! You only need to worry about the guest list (NB: guests will take home their party bags, prizes and a craft activity from the party)! Maximum 15 party guests + adults. $990 for 2 hours.
CATERING:
BFF party catering includes a selection of: fresh fruit, savoury biscuits, sweet biscuits, scrolls, chips, mini cupcakes, lamingtons, iced cake, pretzels, pretzel sticks, pink lemonade (high tea), or cordial / water. Grazing platters are themed to suit your party with food signs, napkins and coloured display bowls to create a FUN party vibe!
