SteamRanger introduces a new experience for young families by inviting you to travel on the “Teddy Bears Picnic” train.

This train service offers families the following:

• Return train journey between Mt Barker – Strathalbyn and return. (Please note, that ongoing drought and high fire danger conditions in the Mt Lofty Ranges and Fleurieu may require trains to be diesel hauled).
• “Teddy Bear’s Picnic” Badge for each child upon arrival at Mt Barker.
• Petting Farm (Strathalbyn) entry for each child.
• Face Painting for each child (Strathalbyn).
• Children’s Activity Pack and Balloon on return train.
• Bring your own picnic to enjoy at the Strathalbyn Station park or
• The amazing Strathalbyn Visitors Centre team will suggest great local cafés or bakeries.

TIME: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

COST:

• Adults Return Fare (Ages 17+) – $45
• Children Return Fare (Children aged 4 to 16 years of age) – $32
• Seniors Return Fare (Available upon presentation of a Seniors Card) -$41
• Person in Family of Four Return Fare (2 Adults + 2 Children + 2 Teddy Bears) – $29
• Child (Under 4 Years) – $5
• Children u.4 years travel free (no seat allocation), however must be recorded for the Teddy Bears Picnic trains
