The Street Fair is a day of fun and entertainment for everyone! 10am-5pm. Semaphore Road is closed from the Esplanade to Swan Terrace, allowing the street to come alive with a wonderful festival atmosphere enjoyed by everyone from near and far!

Semaphore Road is the place to be on the last Sunday in November when around 55,000 people head to this year’s Kate Smith Property Semaphore Street Fair.
This free family-friendly event sees Semaphore Road closed to traffic from the Esplanade to Swan Terrace to come alive for a celebration in this iconic and historical part of 91¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s west.
The event spills over onto the Semaphore foreshore with amusement rides for the whole family and a vintage steam engine display.
Follow the free Yellow Brick Road where the first 400 primary school age kids get a gift from lots of sites along the way.
We handpick over 350 unique and distinctive stallholders to be part of 91¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s biggest Street Fair. There will be handmade arts and crafts of every kind, vintage fashion and records, gin and wine to sample, bringing a stimulating atmosphere to the neighbourhood that has made this event famous.
